This gorgeous 1600 square foot 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo in Ucluelet has sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean letting you catch every stunning sunset. The living area features comfortable furnishings, wood-burning fireplace, 15 foot ceilings, a well-appointed large gourmet kitchen with plenty of counter space, and dining area for six guests. Enjoy whales and eagles in the day and listen to sound of the ocean waves while your sleep.
The master bedroom has a fireplace for the winter storm watchers. The master bedroom has it’s own access to the large deck giving you a front row view of every Ucluelet sunset. Each bedroom has a private ensuite with stone counter tops and stone faced showers. Heated slate floors welcome your morning along with oversized showers. The large soaker tub located in back bedroom ushers in romantic evenings. Each bedroom has a queen and a single bed and another foam mattress is available.A 42” plasma HD TV, DVD player and wireless internet will keep you connected to world events. This condo has all the modern features you could want for a great vacation.Please note: No smoking is allowed on the property where the condos are. There is a place you can walk to for smoking. A $250 fine is assessed for people caught smoking on the property.

There is a 3 night minimum stay during July/August unless approved by management. Prices are for 2 people and $20 extra per person up to 6 people.
Cancellation Policy:
If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
- Deposit minus $250 if cancelled 90 days prior to the Check-in Date
- 50% of deposit if cancelled 45 days prior to the Check-in Date
- No refunds for cancellations, late arrivals, early departures or no-shows.
Beautiful large like-new condos. You can walk to the famous coastline trail. Sunsets and everything you could hope for on the coast of Vancouver Island. You are across the street, so you don’t really hear the surf. But you won’t care.
We have been coming to Ucluelet for many years and these are the nicest condos we know of in Ucluelet and have stayed a few times in each of the condos they rent. 1st class experience and you will love the view.
Very nice, upscale, comfortable condos with breathtaking views of the ocean. There was plenty of room for the four in my party. Will ask to stay in these condos on next trip back.
